While opening a management reporter designer, throwing that unable to login report designer?
Who received the quality upgrades in 10.0.39 (Financial Report version 10.0.39009) will be facing Report Designer login issues. The error message states that the Report Designer is unable to login, or the login attempt has timed out.
Please follow the below tips.
1.) Initially you have to clear the cache of personalization (user settings), and also have to clear the cache of the either “chrome or Edge” browser.
2.) Have to check the “Firewall of the Azure”, might be blocking.
3.) If the issue persists, there is a chance, bug would be on 10.0.39 version.
4.) This issue will be solved in 10.0.39/platform update 63 – Quality Update – Resolved – 10.0.1860.111 or later upgrades issue will be solved.
5.) The bug will be solved in “933822.”
